The site is set out, trenches are dug and the footings are poured.
New drain runs and inspection chambers go in before the ground is built over.
Our in-house bricklayers bring the walls up out of the ground.
Scaffold goes up so the walls can be safely built to full height.
Floor and roof joists are fitted, turning the walls into a solid shell.
The roof structure is built and covered, making the building watertight.
Door frames, pipework and cabling go in, then the walls are plastered.
Flooring, joinery and final touches, then the keys are handed back to you.
